UrgentGo was born from a simple frustration — sending a parcel in Zimbabwe and never knowing if it arrived. We built the solution we always wished existed.
A Birthday Gift That Never Arrived
In 2024, our founder Takudzwa sent his mother a birthday gift from Harare to Bulawayo. He paid. He waited. He called. The courier said it was delivered. His mother never received it.
No photo. No signature. No proof. Just a shrug and a "we delivered it."
That moment of helplessness — and the realisation that thousands of Zimbabweans face this every day — is what sparked UrgentGo.
We asked one question: "What if you could actually SEE your parcel being delivered?"
The answer became UrgentGo — photo proof of every delivery, live WhatsApp tracking, and EcoCash payments. Simple. Accountable. Zimbabwean.
