Document / Envelope

Small Parcel

Weigh Before You Book
Always weigh your parcel before booking. Incorrect weight declarations may result in additional charges.
Measure All Dimensions
Measure length × width × height in centimetres. The longest side determines the size category.
Volumetric Weight
For large, light parcels we apply volumetric weight: (L × W × H) ÷ 5000. The higher of actual vs volumetric weight is charged.
Packaging Matters
Proper packaging protects your goods and ensures accurate weight. Loose or poorly packed items may be refused.

Certain items are prohibited for safety, legal, and regulatory reasons. Attempting to ship these may result in parcel seizure and legal action.
